You also contacted us via e-mail, so I completely forgot to also give an answer here on the forum. Here was the reply that I sent by e-mail:
"Surely we can assist with this issue.
Could you please provide us with the Internet address (URL) that you pass to Snippy's and that exhibits that problem? Does the problem that you describe occur with every new mission that you try to register, or just for a particular Delcampe item?
Could you also tell us what method you use to try and register a new mission? Is it on the Snippy's website, or with the "Call Snippy's" button?
Finally, could you also let us know what Internet browser you use, and what version (Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari...)?
With that information, we will try and figure out what is going on and get back to you asap with possible solutions."
